Paul Newman: A Man Called "Hombre"
by: Joseph DPrince
Cinematic screen star a nd life legend Paul Newman has left the stage. He has finally succumbed to the ogre called cancer. He has a long and distinguished list of credits to his name. Perhaps the greatest and most appropriate was his Portrayal in a film called “Hombre”. If ever a word described this man, this actor, it is hombre which means “man”.
Television: Helping Us Escape From Reality?
by: Ette_Rual
To each his own, this adage speaks more than its philosophical meaning. I’m referring to TV shows. Trivial as it may seem, this is what I want my topic to be. I think that it is safe to say that there is indeed a show for each and everyone of us---there is a channel that caters to our individual tastes and a sound device that engulfs us for a brief moment.
Miley Cyrus To Be Fired From Hannah Montana?
by: DeanSmithLegend
Could the rumors be true? Is Miley Cyrus truly spinning out of control? Could she lose her gig at Disney? Is there anything her family can do to help her? Maybe the media is making too big of a deal out of the situation as they just want to have something to report about.

Review: The 2008 MTV Video Music Awards
by: Ezriela Devereux
Every year, we hear the same over-inflated hype about the MTV Video Music Awards, with the same empty promise that they are going to be earth-shatteringly exciting. Unfortunately, what we usually end up with is a vacuous, self-congratulatory event, as uninspired planners sucker viewers into watching this annual debacle, by offering yet another tacky controversy. This year was no different.
Review: The Beast with a Billion Backs (the second Futurama DVD movie)
by: trentsketch
A review of the second direct to DVD Futurama film The Beast with a Billion Backs, available in Bluray and standard DVD formats. Can a tale of interspecies, intergalactic love steal the hearts of Futurama fans? Or will it crash faster than a giant ball of garbage careening towards New New York?
My Sassy Girl: Will the Blonde Version Surpass the Original?
by: wasted18
I can still remember the first time I watched this Korean Film when I was in high school. Nothing, I just watched it out of curiosity and out of the hype that my classmates are putting into it. While watching the movie, at first it was kind of boring but God, when the movie was on its peak and real essential scenes; I realized why people, especially teenagers, are making a heck out of it. That’s when I started seeing more Korean movies, having the impression that Korean movies can really be that great, compared to American and western movies. Now the question is, Will the Blonde Version Surpass the Original?

Wow... dark, creepy, scary, action-packed, motorcycles, cars, clowns, bats, butlers, girlfriends, Two Face, The Joker, lawyers, mayors, civilians, hospitals, buses, darkness, bridges, boats, tunnels, rivers, Gotham City, and yes, Heath Ledger deserves an Oscar for his performance.
What is High Definition Satellite Television?
by: basscleff
High Definition Satellite Television (HDTV) is THE most significant change to television technology since the introduction of color TV. Nothing has impacted television technology more than HD technology. No more buying expensive TV sets and upgrading equipment every time something new comes out....well with one exception - High Definition DVD or "BLU RAY"
