Feel extra keyed up, willing to perform and take on any task with a positive attitude. As ageing is more of a cerebral and emotional acceptance than the rational deviation, the effects can be halved simply by overlooking the verity that they exist. Eventually you will see yourself appreciating that they do cease to exist. Keep a good surrounding, be with close friends, and get new friends or pets. Enjoy each day more actively and healthfully, and you will see ageing is actually maturation of your communal character and not crumbling of your natal identity.

Useful article. I would like to add these: Taking to gardening is another way you can keep active and have a sense of satisfaction. Volunteering for a good cause within your neighborhood or joining a laughter club are also good. Writing can be stimulating and rewarding too.

I personally see getting older as a great blessing. While, of course, I'd love to have the same body I had when I was younger (sigh), I am a much more confident person now and I enjoy life in a way I don't think I did when I was in my 20's. At some point, you begin to see and value what really matters. My plans are, as I age, to become just as feisty and outrageous as I can be!

Very informative article.

Ezreila - can't agree with you more. If I had the opportunity to go back and do it again, I would do it the same - all the good parts and bad parts are what make me who I am today. I rufle a lot of feathers because I speak my piece. Oh well!!!

There is only one option to aging...and we know what that is...so enjoy and live in the now!
