Preventive Tips Against Flu and Colds

Winter has an effect of making people lazy, reducing the briskness from summer to reduce. Well seeing the snow snuggling in your bed would be cook with great hot recipes. Women who need to get up early and make or prepare hot breakfast for their families will always face the good and rather rigid bad conditions during winter. Winter is always the growling and whining time, especially one has cough, sniffles or even worse catches a cold. Winter will always be a weather that has its effects to its maximum and also sometimes very good to enjoy.

Is there way to stay healthy without having sniffle? What can really happen as a miracle to make one very immunized to all the sickness which is floating in the winter breeze and how to get it right?

There are some tips which I would like to share through this article. These are some regular ongoing prohibitions taken by some families during this season.

A) Try taking probiotics .These are always at some of the local pharmacy or health and food store. These supplements actually boost ones immune system to a good level that it has good defense. This capsule actually swallowed once will everyday in the morning is a simple and quick way to fight flue and prevent it.

B) A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water and take it more than 1 time a day. The disease causing bacteria is killed with vinegar and it would also provide increased energy and will bring more stability.

C) Garlic is a natural antibiotic that is good in keeping a doctor away and it also has good medicinal values. Our body does not grow immune to garlic so whenever garlic is taken our body has good positive effects to it.

D) Taking a good multivitamin which will provide our body with all the ammunition that it needs to combat the germs it comes into contact with. The environment is so polluted that these are needed.

E) When maintaining healthy body condition a balanced nutrition is needed making healthy food choices would also make this function properly. When more and more nutritional food is taken the more immunity one becomes.

F) There are always germs on rampage always and cleanliness is always vital to your health. We need to wash our hands. A big bottle of hand sanitizer in your vehicle or keeping one in the purse or pocket is a good practice

G) Rest is always a good way to keep the body in a good condition and also enhance the immune system and it gives and extra briskness in your step and also boosts the healthy condition of a person.

Following these seven factors would make the immune system better and walk you through the winter with ease and sniffle free.

I'd never thought about apple cider vinegar before. The flu has already hit my family, so maybe I can avoid the dreaded winter sickness by using some of your tips.

Ideally one must try and prevent being infected by staying away from crowded places, by not sharing towels etc. with others and by eating and drinking only healthy stuff.

Very nice tips. Garlic especially is very effective against cold.. For a bad throat or cough you can crush a few pods of garlic, boil them in a cup of water for about 15 minutes and strain the liquid. Take a couple of teaspoons of this concoction twice a day. It really works.
