Relating RAM,ROM and us...

 Ram is something which process the information every time it gets the command but in Rom process is predefined and it just process the data accordingly. While Ram gives more freedom , Rom saves time. More the number of bits less the processing time ...

Compared to a computer our brain is more flexible. We have a general tendency to have Roms because it requires less or no processing. Some amount of Rom is always called for and generally good if it is processed properly but problem is created when a Rom is created without proper processing first time round and that's the reason for stereotypism we see around. Now this Roms are generally used every time a new Rom is formed so this leads to more stereotypism of course false Roms can be destroyed but that again depends on amount of Ram you are able to use. Most of the tasks we do uses both the Ram and the Rom.

 Here it has to be understood that Used free space, in major cases, is directly proportional to time your Rom withstands before it is updated. Amount of updation that Roms take place is directly proportional to the amount of ram and used free space(general knowledge you see). Generally when Updation of Roms lowers(it does not and should not stop) and amount of Ram is at good height(not necessary though), we are said to have attained maturity. Although this is not the one and only reason. It is general tendency of ours that once we explicitly lower the use of Ram, Rom tends to lessen as well.

Once the Rom reaches a certain level it creates a hindrance in working of Ram. RAM increases with use and decreases with it being idle thats the reason for the difference between people old by age and people old by mind actually because of less use of ram and large Rom to hinder they loose thier flexibility . Actually can bore you further(thats if you are still reading) but in short everything right from your attitude,way you look at life ,even the way you react is largely and mostly affected by your ROM(and its quality) and then the Ram(its use in comparison to rom and absolutely as well) so control the percentages of your use of Ram and Rom to achieve success(actually enjoyment{prime aim of life} which may sometimes be little away from what you call success{again depends on you Rom and therefore Ram you see}).....

Nice way to explain how our computers work in human terms. I'm sure more people would understand this than all the technical jargon. Good job.

as ms. kitchen above mentioned, i AM one of those people who scratch their heads with computer terminology! hah! however, you explained this in a clear concise manner and in a language i understood! i'm trying to lessen my "use without knowing how it works" attitude about everything, and you just helped me out a bit. thanks!

Your break down makes it a little easier to grasp. I especially like how you use the terms to describe it in a human type function. Nice article!
