How The West Indies Loses Their Match Today By One Run

Today was the fourth match in the five one days Cricket International between the West Indies and World No. 1 Australia. The Windies did a good spirited performance today and lost the match by one runs. A lot of fans was upset about losing by one runs but I am still proud of them. They are a young side and after losing the test series alot of fans turn their backs on them. I enjoy watching cricket and will still give them my support to them.

The spectators were so upset and the commentators were also doing the usual back biting on the players. I think we should all see that the Team is a young one and we need to help them build. If we keep going to matches and when they perform such as how they did today in St. Kitts then we can always say that they are trying. We are always blasting and reprimanding them but never give them good encouragement when they try them best.

I think that because they did so well with the Sri Lanka Team early in April that everyone expectations was so high. I hope that they don't receive a white wash here in the Caribbean. This was the game that would have prevented it and they lost by this one runs. I believe that they will try and prevent this since that this is what will be spreading across the region until the next game.

Australia is a strong side and they are all older and experience. I know that with practice and proper selection from the panel of selectors the West Indies will be back in the top five. Cricket is a game of uncertainty and it is also a wonderful game.

I would encourage the selectors to listen to the team captains whoever is there. There should always remember that these are the ones in field and who is gelling.  If they ask for a particular team members, he/she should be given that member. Over and over again we keep on getting the same report from the different captains regarding the same thing. So I think it is time for them to start listening.

I wish the West Indies Team all the best and I hope that they will begin to understand what it feels to win and constantly doing it.

I agree with you. Just because of one loss, doesn't mean you should give up on them. Stick by them and soon they'll be one of the best. Great article.
