The Wii Fit

Personally, when i head about the Wii Fit i was dying to ask all about it. What is it? What's it like? Is it worth the money? Will it help me with my fitness?

Well, I'm gonna answer those questions right here, right now.

Wii fit was announced on July 11, 2007. At Nintendo's media briefing, it was explained and then demonstrated by various Nintendo employees.

As with the rest of the Wii games, Wii fit add's "Miis" into its presentation and gameplay. The game is an example of exercise gaming and incorperates a "Wii Balance Board". The Balance board can measure your weight and centre of gravity. Once told your height, it can calculate
your BMI.

The game has about 40 different activities, including yoga poses, push ups, and other exercises. You can compare your fitness with other users on the Wii Menu. Wii fit also tracks your Age weight and athletic ability to calculate your Wii fitness age.

The Wii fit is divided into nto four categories: aerobic exercise, muscle workouts, yoga poses, and balance games.

So how has it been reviewed? Well the board is a bit bulky, and there are weight restrictions in place - you can't be too heavy or you'll break the board. Reactions have generally been that it IS a work out - But an overpriced one.

Some of the activites incorporate the board very well. Tight rope walking is great for the balance board, it's a real challenge. It's one of the only activites on which you are permitted to walk on the board. The later levels are increased by having to jump (in a ski-jumping, fake sort of motion) over metal Mii-munching machines as they zip from one end of  the rope to the other. If you don't wnat to be criticised or get out the house then the Wii Fit is for you. It simply paints the truth, and motivates you to get better. It doesn't tell you that you're fat and lazy.

Personally, I can't wait to find one and try it out - even though I'm not too keen on athletics.

right off the bat i see at least two typos;

"Personally, when i head about the Wii Fit"
and
"If you don't wnat to be criticised"

It's hard to read a review when time hasn't even been taken to proof an article--especially one of this size.

very unprofessional

Add to your list "add's", "incorperates", and the random "nto" after the "into" in paragraph 6. "When will I ever have to use this?" students lament ...

Lol, wow..

Just double check your articles before posting them ^_^

The weird thing about Wii Fit, is that the majority of them are used in nursing homes and elderly places like that XD. Read it in the paper.
